21.02.0: how to give asterisk access to /dev/ttyUSB*?

Starting with new release asterisk runs under asterisk user and group.
/dev/ttyUSB* are root:dialout

How to give asterisk access to /dev/ttyUSB*?

  1. Just adding asterisk user to dialout group doesn't help.
  2. hotplugd doesn't know device name (/dev/ttyUSB0)

what are the permissions of /dev/ttyUSB* ?

/dev/ttyUSB* are root:dialout

that's the owner and group, not the permissions

my bad, permissions are 660
