2 routers with same address space in one network in master-slave configuration

Preconditions:

Router A (19.07) is in address space 192.168.1.*

Router B(22.03) is in address space 192.168.1.*
Router B has also lan guess network with name space 192.168.30.* (made from LAN device)

Problem:
Is it possible to connect Router A to guess network of Router B? (makes internet drop on router B, router A can only ping it self)
If so what needs to be configured additionally?

You can’t have the same ip address on both routers in the network.

So you either change some IP number on router A or B.

Or run all on router A DHCP server and have router B as a switch under router A.
