Got a build yesterday

https://downloads.openwrt.org/releases/19.07.4/targets/ipq806x/generic/openwrt-19.07.4-ipq806x-generic-linksys_ea8500-squashfs-sysupgrade.bin

But there are no Topics in "Release and security announcements" (should that just be deleted?)

and the wiki only lists 19.07.3 (how long until it's updated normally?)
