19.07-4 - 19.07-5 upgrades break LUCI-SSL

After upgrading from 19.07-4 to 19.07-5 my GUIs didn't work on all three devices. 2x WR1043NDv2, 1xWDR3600v1.

I found that luci-ssl was not installed as part of the upgrade (even though it was previously).
I have certificates installed and it auto redirects to https, so the device was not accessible after the upgrade removed luci-ssl.

This seems to happen everytime i do an upgrade. Does the upgrade process not respect the installed packages?

User installed packages that are not part of the image are not automatically re-installed after flashing to a different image.
Consider using opkgscript to backup and restore the packages missing from the router after an upgrade.
