If enabled it doesn't work, but works fine if disabled. Only a quirk in my configuration or bug?
I have made a sysupgrade with config backup from a previous Snapshot build. IIRC I removed package/config, reinstalled but same effect.
Same on a newly factory installed TL-WDR4300
luci-app-wifischedule - git-19.190.55614-35357e4-1
wifischedule - 1-2
Perhaps related to opkg update because Openwrt-18.06.4 branch (git-19.170.32094-4d6d8bc)
It sounds like you may be experiencing the same bug I did, it's been fixed in snapshots by @dibdot, but hasn't made it's way into stable yet, here's the fix if you'd like to apply it in 18.06.4.
