looks like no mt76 commits were merged for the final 18.06.3.... oh wel... I hope it performs better than the snapshots...

As previously discussed, 18.06.3 is a maintenance release. If you want new features, look to 19.07 or master

Hi,
I haven't found builds yet, RSS informed me this morning 18.06.3 was released. Thanks to all contributors for their work on openWrt. Really love it  I'll keep waiting some more... no hurry.
Kind regards

There is already a branch 18.06.3 on Github. You can clone it with -b v18.06.3 to create your own build from that branch.

does anyone know if the new OpenWrt v19 will have break changes vs v18? As with v17 to v18 it was not straightforward, I had to manually update, I think the wifi names changed something like that.
Is it be something with v19 I will be able to just use my old config backups?

You should always back up your config for reference. Especially if you moving from ar71xx (deprecated) to ath79 (replacement), though much has been done to make it smooth, it may require some tweaks.

do you know if linksys wrt or d-link d810l - mt7621 will be config compatible 100%?

is it only what you talk about is ar71xx to ath79 that has incompatibles?

It should be compatible, but it is never 100% guaranteed.

Is anyone having an issue with LuCI in the 18.06.3 builds?

What "issue"?

Occurs on snapshot and 18.06.3 (no longer available at this time).

hello!
how come https://downloads.openwrt.org/releases/18.06.3 was there like 2 days ago, now on Jun 25 2019 it is missing?

i built it on D-LINK DIR 860L B1 and Linksys WRT perfectly, what target are you experiencing errors? (On R-PI3 I could not build it)

buildbot error but there is a topic

See my link above (powerpc_464fp). Also see: Uci_load_validate: not found - this user also lost LuCI on that first build of .3

Most current snapshot (OpenWrt SNAPSHOT, r10325-b16faf9bc7/LuCI git-19.175.17568-86fd703-1) is working now though.

but is it because of the wrong buildbot error, or is it because of a self build?
because with my self build it is workikng perfectly.

it looks like the buildobots are crunching by now with proper builds, here is this email:
