archer c7 v4 has 5dbi 3 external removable antennas.
Maximum transmit power 30dbm (1000mw).
I want to know if my router will be able to utilize these 12dbi 3 antennas.
If the 2 connectors up show they ship center pin then yes. Works for both rp-sma and sma

Some things to consider:
- you void your certification with different antennas and can be fined by your local regulatory agency
- these are omnidirectional antennas and you can't beat physics, this means the 'donut shape' gets squashed together, leaving you with a rather narrow vertical signal propagation
- 12 dBi is quite difficult to achieve with omni-directional antennas, meaning it might just be a marketing lie and the actual performance could be much worse
- dual-band antennas aren't easy to achieve, and it's quite unlikely to see the same dBi value for both bands, another reason why reality might differ considerably from the marketing promises
- if the values should be true, they could overpower the router's power amps
- in my experience most (omni-directional) after-market antennas are even worse than the stock ones

More credible explanation using marketing maths is 2x6dBi (or 3x4dBi) antena eq 12dBi,
