I've tested this firmware (ANEXA) and dctcs is having the same problem as mine, it gives error "Error - getWgetDownloads". Also I've added swapon command in the startup script but it doesn't works and must activate swap by hand as looks that the startup script is not being called.

I upload firmware (annexa) and connect pendrive with files from harddisk.rar, login to router and in USB Application have only FTP Server and Printer Status.

Can you telnet to the router and type export and write me a path , and also dont change nothing from rar file just unrar to root of pendrv.

Anybody test annexb with fixed startup script problem ? I have tested on my wl600g and i see that is working well.

Please test firmware annexa on your asus. I uploading firmware annexb and nothing changed.
My asus working on firmware annexa and annexb but with annexb i no have connection with ADSL.
I make only: upload firmware and unpack archive on pendrive (Kingston DTI 1GB).

Hi there i'm having problems with my Wl-600g when it comes to adsl performance , the signal starts dropping over the time until it comes to 0 or even negative values. Funny thing is that my speedtouch 516v6 supplyed by my isp works as a charm and the adsl chip is the same.
I already tried your custom firmwares but the performance is the same. Anyone knows if the adsl driver can be upgraded or something like that,or is it a binary driver ?
Other thing i remembered since 9108 from US Robotics is pratically the same as this one , can't we install the firmware in this router ?USR has vpn support in their firmware in this router.

Hi! I'm newbie to this playing around with asus firmware.
My question is if I have Annex A/C modem which I don't use at the moment, can I put Annex B firmware to have extra functionality?
My Wl600g is working more or less as a switch at the moment and I want to have better usb support and download manager.
I require:
Support for HDD on USB with NTF or Ext3 at least Ext2
Printer support Canon LBP 2900 by print server 
torrent download possibility

I have tested Your firmware AnnexB on AnnexA hardware :d

1) So after changing firmware my router doesn't see printer anymore (It was recognized bo didnt work before, now it has disappeared) 
2) DCTCS dispays Error - getWgetDownloads

Besides this:
I have 1Gb  memory flash drive formated to have one fat16 partition and one Swap  - works ok for now (this is for testing so that if I decide to switch to big USB HDD i want to know if it works)
Samba looks ok!!!!
More testing to be done in near future!!!
(for polish friends there is my GG 4235455)

I'll report as soon as I do more research on this and if I manage do do some sort of upgrades.
I think that I won't be able to test ANNEX A while I don't have access to it at the moment.

and i update cfe in openwrt firmware this command

i created my own firmware from the source code of 1.0.3.3B firmware (Annex-B). I have included a new adsl-phy.bin version B2pB023k that is the actual newest one available. I've also included an other adslctl-tool forcomplete support for "Diagnose Modem Tool v8.07" (short DMT) and mkswap, swapon and swapoff. Currently i am try to integrate all the other things, Samba, thttpd, webcam and ctorrent. Currently i have problems with thttpd because it don't start automatically. I've edited the "rcS" file to start a startup script on connected usb harddisk but it seems that it doesnt't work. The files that arestored on usb hdd are the ones from freemind's or fulbanner's modded firmware. When i am start the thttpd service via command line of the router (telnet) it starts and the Samba serive and service at fulbanners modded Webinterface are reachable. But the Services menu gave me errors. The tool "uptime" tells me the following error message

/var/harddisk/asus/bin/uptime: can't load library 'libproc.so.3.2.0'

And the other items in services menu there are other failure messages:

services: line 36: psf: command not found

at each start/stop item (Sambe, thttpd and yodctcs). Can you fulbanner or freemind help me how to eliminate this problems??? Or has anyone other an idea how to correct this???

you need add sleep 60 command in rcS before starting startup file.

for correct working of fullbanner soft you NEED lib libproc.so.3.2.0. it must be placed to /lib dir of router!

The startup runs now, but i have a new problem. Uptime tells:

/var/harddisk/asus/bin/uptime: can't resolve symbol 'setlocale'

And the Error:

services: line 36: psf: command not found

is already there. The command in services file is:

isactive=`psf -e | grep ${acnames[${pass}]}`

Where i found these "setlocale" and "psf"???

you need also "bash"

"psf" is a version of traditional "ps"

ps is activate but it doesn't work.

Changed the command from

isactive=`psf -e | grep ${acnames[${pass}]}`

to

isactive=`ps -e | grep ${acnames[${pass}]}`

and now it seems to work. It looks like that the only thing that is not working is 'uptime' because 'setlocale' isn't available. Where i can find it???

Bash is already on harddisk but there must be another thing that i have to enable...

I tested it and i am able to start bash at command line (via telnet).

you also nee ADD GLOBAL PATH /var/harddisk/asus/bin to rcS PATH variable.

It seems that it is working but it isn't correct, because in Webinterface services menu it tells me that all is started but yodctcs isn't started. So, what i have to do to include 'psf'??? 'ps' is activated in busybox but it doesn't bring 'psf' to busybox. Can you help???

I think may be command psf and grep are absent in stadard wl-600g busybox!!!
